NOT/AVG. was built from lived experience. Years of personal observation, pattern recognition, and hard-learned clarity — about women, relationships, and what it actually takes for a man to navigate this landscape with his standards intact.

The goal was never to make men bitter. It was to help men become grounded, discerning, and intentional — so that when the right woman came into their life they would be ready for her. And more importantly, ready for themselves.

Men finding this from across the world — the United States, Ireland, Poland, Germany, South Korea — that changed everything about what this is. NOT/AVG. is not a blog. It is something real, reaching real men who need it.

The culture is not making it easy to be a man right now. Masculinity is being redefined, undermined, and in many spaces outright attacked. NOT/AVG. fills the gap between dangerous anger and useless positivity — awake without being bitter, direct without being toxic, honest without being cruel.
